Hi! I’m Maz Evans and I am the author of the WHO LET THE GODS OUT?, VI SPY and SCARLETT FIFE series – nice to cyber meet you!

Hosting Maz Evans during World Book Week has been one of the highlights of this academic year at Francis Holland Prep. She is a brilliant public speaker and pitched her talk at exactly the right level for our Years 5 and 6 classes, keeping pupils engaged for the duration of the hour by sharing her insights and making us all laugh. Her energetic delivery and sense of humour kept us thoroughly entertained while she described her life as an author, and she imparted her bestselling-writerly wisdom by prompting pupils to consider the importance of reading widely and listening to others as they develop their narrative voices and literary sensibilities.
